We hope you are happy with your STUDIO PALEKA purchase. Please know we are very happy to welcome you to our world, and hope you become a loyal customer.

 

Please note, made to order products are non-refundable. When a product is non-refundable, it is stated in the product copy on the product listing page. These can be products such as upholstery, art, ceramics and/or sculpture. However, if you would like to return other items, you have seven days to notify us from the date of the receipt. Please contact us for more information. For bespoke products, please note you have 48 hours to notify us of any problems. We will attempt to rectify the problem, free of charge and as soon as possible.

For London area purchases, please get in touch for a delivery quote. For elsewhere in the UK, we work with a variety of couriers and can work with you to achieve the best delivery.
